Then I called Lighthouse... read more Moving and Storage Company and to my surprise the owner answered, the call, took my information, asked what was needed, inquired about the size and location of my move and said even though it was a Saturday morning he would reach out to his staff and call me back. I received a call back from the company owner within 10 minutes and said they were available to move my items to my new address. We confirmed a time to meet and the movers and the truck were waiting for me on site when I arrived. They were very respectful and professional and took care of my furniture and belongings as if were their on property. I'm not paying extra for their advertising budget.

Didn't complain once about my many sets of (steep) stairs. Their experience moving came in handy when I couldn't get my POD open- they opened it like pros and made sure my items were handled with care. His rates are the best I found in the twin cities and his movers are great. The other tenants that were still living in the house on the moving day were rude to the movers and tried to get their way but they handled the situation very professionally.
